All Charles Taylor furniture is handcrafted in the UK using high-quality, sustainable Scandinavian Redwood, which is pre-treated with our signature oil-based preservative to ensure long-lasting durability against the elements.
How long does delivery take for larger items?
Standard delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 working days. Our specialist white-glove delivery team will contact you directly to schedule a convenient time and will even assemble the furniture in your garden upon arrival.
Do I need to treat my furniture every year?
To maintain the vibrant color and protective barrier of the wood, we recommend applying a fresh coat of oil-based wood preservative once a year, preferably in late autumn or early spring.
What is your return policy for home and garden goods?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. Please note that bespoke or custom-made items may be subject to different terms.
Are your products delivered fully assembled?
Most of our heavy-duty garden sets are delivered and assembled on-site by our expert delivery team as part of our premium service, ensuring your furniture is safe and ready to use immediately.
